What happens after I book?
You'll receive an immediate confirmation with your appointment details. We'll also send a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us at (226) 210-4099 at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit can be applied to a new booking time.
How is the remaining balance paid?
The remaining 90% of your service cost is due after your appointment. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. We understand emergencies happen - please call us to discuss.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use Square's payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant and encrypts all payment data. We never store your complete card information.
